Contracts & deadlines

Health insurance, phone plan, tax return, passports: enter anything that has a deadline. Hüsli works out the date by which you have to cancel, shows your fixed costs per month and reminds you before it's too late.

Switch it on

1. Tap your profile picture top right and open Settings › Add-ons.
2. Under More, find the Contracts & deadlines add-on.
3. Turn it on with the switch.
4. Open More › Contracts & deadlines.

How it works

1. Tap Add (or +).
2. Under Contract or subscription, choose a template, for example Health insurance (basic) or Phone plan, or under Deadline something like Tax return or Passport.
3. For a contract, enter Cost (CHF), per, Term ends on, Renews and the Notice period. At the bottom you see right away the date by which you have to cancel.
4. For a deadline, choose Due on, Repeat and Remind (for example 14 days before).
5. Tap Save.
6. In the Coming up tab you see all dates in order, in the Contracts tab all contracts with their costs.

Good to know

• Only parents see contracts, deadlines and costs.
• For contracts with Remind me, the parents get a notification 30 and 7 days before the notice deadline. Deadlines are announced on the chosen day before and on the day itself.
• Once you have cancelled, turn on Cancelled in the contract: it runs until the end of the term and then drops off. For a recurring deadline, tap Done – Hüsli sets the next date.
• The costs of your contracts also appear as fixed costs in the Family budget.
