Switch add-ons on and off

Calendar, Who is where, Tasks and Lists are always included. Everything else is an add-on: you switch it on when you need it, and off again at any time.

How it works

1. Tap your profile picture at the top right and open Settings › Add-ons.
2. Under More are the add-ons that are still off. Switch on the one you want with the switch.
3. Under Switched on, tap an add-on to open its settings (or, if it has none, its page).
4. To switch it off, flip the switch under Switched on again.

Good to know

• Add-ons apply to the whole family: what you switch on, everyone sees – and whoever switches one off switches it off for everyone. You'll find switched-on add-ons under More.
• Now and then, Hüsli suggests a fitting add-on on Today, at most one a week: A good fit for you: … with Switch on or No thanks. After “No thanks”, that suggestion doesn't come back.
• If your children wish for an add-on on their device, you get a message. At the top of the add-on page are The kids’ wishes with Switch on or Decline. With Kids may switch add-ons on and off themselves, they can do it themselves.
• Free are School, Daycare & childcare, Waste collection, Weather, Photos and Contacts. All other add-ons are part of Pro and carry this mark. During the beta everything is free.
• Only parents can switch add-ons on and off. Live public transport, Waste collection, Train and Plane spotter, Day-trip ideas and Swiss news are only available for families in Switzerland.
