Update and disconnect calendars

Hüsli syncs connected calendars by itself: Google about every 15 minutes, calendars by link every few hours. Under Settings › Calendars & mail you can see when each calendar was last updated.

How it works

1. Open Settings › Calendars & mail.
2. For a Google account, tap Update now. Hüsli reports Up to date: … appointments.
3. To disconnect a calendar, tap Disconnect next to it and confirm with Disconnect.
4. Hüsli asks Delete imported events? Tap Delete events – or Cancel if the appointments should stay in the Hüsli calendar.

Good to know

• Update now is only available for Google. You can fetch a calendar by link straight away by pasting the same link again under I have a link: Hüsli shows already connected – will be updated. Tap Import and choose the right people again under Whose calendar is this?.
• When you disconnect a Google account, Hüsli hands back the access at Google and deletes it. New appointments then stop coming in.
• With Choose calendars you change which Google calendars appear in Hüsli.
• If something went wrong, the calendar shows Bug: with the reason.

If it doesn't work

• If a Google account shows Please reconnect, Google no longer gives Hüsli access – for example after a new password or if the access was removed in the Google account. Tap Reconnect. The appointments stay; new ones only come in after reconnecting.
• In this case, whoever connected the Google account also gets a notification.
