Connect an iPhone or iCloud calendar
On the iPhone, switch on “Public Calendar”, copy the link and paste it into Hüsli.
Hüsli brings in an iCloud calendar from your iPhone or Mac through its public link. You get the link directly in the Calendar app on your iPhone.
How it works
- On the iPhone, open the Calendar app and tap “Calendars” at the bottom in the middle.
- Next to the calendar you want under “iCloud”, tap ⓘ on the right.
- Scroll all the way down and switch on “Public Calendar”.
- Tap “Share Link…” and choose “Copy”.
- Open Hüsli, go to Settings › Calendars & mail, tap + calendar and then iCloud (iPhone).
- Paste the link into the Calendar link field – a link with webcal:// is right. Wait until Found: … appointments appears.
- Tap Import, choose the people under Whose calendar is this? and tap Done.
Good to know
- Only calendars under “iCloud” have a link, not those under “On My iPhone”.
- On a Mac: Calendar app → right-click the calendar → “Share Calendar” → “Public Calendar”.
- An iCloud invitation for people is not a calendar link. Hüsli then reports That’s not a calendar link – use the link from “Public Calendar”.
- Anyone who has the link can see the appointments. Only share it with Hüsli. Hüsli fetches changes every few hours.
