Belongs to – whose calendar it is
Set who each connected calendar belongs to – its appointments get these people's colours.
Every connected calendar belongs to one or more people. Its appointments get their colour, appear in their row in “Who is where” and show up when you filter the calendar by that person.
How it works
- Open Settings › Calendars & mail.
- Under Connected calendars, find the calendar, for example Marc's work calendar.
- Under Belongs to, tap the people – one or more; a second tap removes a person again.
- Hüsli reassigns the appointments it has already imported straight away and reports … events reassigned.
Good to know
- Hüsli already asks this when you connect: for a link with Whose calendar is this?, for Google with Belongs to for each ticked calendar. The person connecting the calendar is preselected.
- If someone from your family is listed by first name among an appointment's attendees, they're added to that appointment – even if the calendar isn't theirs.
- If the same appointment is in two calendars, Hüsli shows it once with all the people – see Duplicate appointments.
- Change “Belongs to” here rather than on each appointment: at the next sync, Hüsli imports the appointments again as they are in the connected calendar.
