Who is where

On the start page you see where each person is today – appointments, daycare and work pattern in one row.

The Who is where card on the start page shows the whole family's day: one row per person with their appointments. It also shows daycare or Grandma from the children's childcare plan and the adults' work pattern.

How it works

  1. Open the start page and scroll to the Who is where card.
  2. Use the three small icons at the top right of the card to choose the view: Whole day (6:00 to 22:00 at a glance), Zoom (wide hours, swipe sideways) or Now & next (what each person is doing right now and what comes next).
  3. Tap an appointment to look at it.
  4. Tap a person's name to open their calendar.
  5. If today is different from the work pattern, tap the button with the name and work pattern, for example “Marc · 🏢 Office”, and choose the new place – see Work pattern.

Good to know

  • Hüsli remembers the view for each person. You'll also find it under Settings › Appearance › Show “Who’s where” as.
  • All-day appointments are at the top of the card. An appointment without a person appears for everyone.
  • Calendar appointments come first: they lie on top of the work pattern and the childcare plan.
  • If the whole family is on holiday (or you are, on your own phone), Hüsli hides the card. You can move or hide it with Customize home.
