Work pattern
Each adult's usual working week – office, home office, on the road or off – appears in “Who is where”.
In the work pattern you enter once what a normal week looks like: on which days someone is at the office, working from home, on the road or off. “Who is where” then shows this every day by itself.
How it works
- Open Settings › Family & people and tap the person, for example Sabrina.
- Under Work pattern, tap Work pattern.
- Choose the weekday at the top, for example Mon.
- Tap Office, Home office, On the road or off.
- Set the times under From and Until (08:00 to 17:00 by default).
- If this applies to all weekdays, tap Use for Mon–Fri. Set other days one by one.
- If needed, enter a Work place (optional), for example “Office Zurich”, and tap Save.
Change a single day
- Open the start page and, in the Who is where card, tap the person's button, for example “Sabrina · 🏢 Office”.
- Tap the new place, for example Home office – Hüsli saves it straight away, for this day only.
- Different times? Change From and Until and tap Save. With As in the pattern, the normal week applies again.
Good to know
- The work pattern is for adults. Parents can enter and change it.
- Calendar appointments come first. On days with a trip, Hüsli doesn't show the work pattern.
- The work place appears in “Who is where” when someone is at the office.
- In the Pets add-on, Office and On the road count as “not at home”, Home office as at home – so a reminder goes to someone who's free right now.
