Google shows a warning
Until Google has reviewed Hüsli, a warning page appears once when you connect. Here’s how to continue.
Hüsli is new, and Google reviews new apps first. Until that review is complete, Google shows a warning page once when you connect. Hüsli still only gets read access to your calendar.
How it works
- Tap Connect with Google as described in Connect with Google.
- Hüsli briefly shows a note about the warning – tap Continue to Google.
- Choose your Google account.
- On Google’s warning page, tap Advanced.
- Tap Go to Hüsli.
- Allow access with Allow. If there is a box for the calendar, tick it.
- Back in Hüsli, tick the calendars and choose Belongs to for each one.
- Tap, for example, Import 2 calendars.
Good to know
- The warning only appears as long as Google hasn’t finished the review. After that, the note and the extra step disappear.
- At Google, the link on the warning page may be worded slightly differently, for example with “(unsafe)” added. It’s the same step.
- If you didn’t tick “See your calendars”, Hüsli tells you – then connect again.
- Prefer not to sign in with Google? The private calendar link works too: Google Calendar by link.
