My account and signing in

Under My account you find everything that belongs to you personally: your name, your email address, your passkeys and signing out. Hüsli has no passwords.

How to sign in

• Email: enter your address and tap Send sign-in link. You get an email with a link and a 6-digit code – tap the link or enter the code under Code from the email.
• Google: tap Sign in with Google and choose your Google account. If it has the same email address as your Hüsli account, you end up in the same account.
• Passkey: Face ID, fingerprint or device PIN instead of an email code. First add the passkey under My account (see below). At the moment the sign-in page doesn’t show Sign in with a passkey by default – in that case, sign in with email or Google.
• Children and wall tablets don’t need an account: parents connect them with a QR code. On such a device, My account only shows Disconnect device.

Add a passkey

1. Open Settings › My account (profile picture top right).
2. Under Passkeys, tap Add a passkey.
3. Confirm with Face ID, fingerprint or device PIN.
4. Hüsli says Passkey saved – it now appears in the list.

Good to know

• Change your Name at the top under Your account, then tap Save.
• Delete a passkey you no longer need with Remove.
• If you belong to several families, switch under Switch household – more in Switch between families.
• Sign out only signs out this device. After that you need your email address, Google or a passkey again.
