Hüsli assistant

The Hüsli assistant knows your calendar, your lists and birthdays. Ask it what's on tomorrow, or give it a photo of the nursery letter: it recognises appointments, shopping, contacts and birthdays and suggests where they belong. Nothing is added until you confirm.

Switch it on

1. Tap your profile picture top right and open Settings › Add-ons.
2. Turn on the switch next to Hüsli assistant.

How it works

1. Open More and tap Hüsli assistant at the bottom.
2. Type your question, e.g. “Parents' evening on 3 November at 19:30 at the nursery” – or tap the microphone (Speak).
3. For a photo, a screenshot or a PDF, tap the paper clip (Attach a file).
4. Tap Send. The assistant answers and shows its suggestions as cards.
5. Check each suggestion and tap Add – or the ✕ to skip it. With several suggestions you can also use Add all.
6. With Start over you begin a new conversation.

Good to know

• Nothing happens without your OK: The assistant only suggests. Changing or deleting appointments or tasks also only happens once you tap Confirm or Yes, delete.
• Where the AI runs: Your question, a photo or PDF and the details it needs from your Hüsli go to an AI model in data centres in Switzerland. Nothing is stored there and nothing is used for training. Photos and PDFs are only read for this one answer. The assistant does not read data from the Health add-on.
• Beta: During the beta we keep questions, answers and suggestions for 90 days to improve the assistant – without photos and PDFs. You can turn this off with Help improve the assistant on the Help & assistant page (Settings › Help & first steps › Common questions).
• The assistant can make mistakes – take a quick look at the suggestions. PDFs can be up to 6 MB.
