Grandparents and guests
Grandparents see your day without changing anything. Guests help with the shopping for two weeks.
Grandparents, godparents or babysitters get limited access: they see when you're busy and when they're needed – your details stay with you.
How it works
- Open Settings › Family & people and tap Add a person.
- Enter the name and choose the role Family (for grandparents) or Guest under Who is it?.
- Enter the Email address and tap Send invitation – or tap Just share a link.
- The person opens the link and signs in with their email address, without a password.
Good to know
- Family sees appointments they're part of in full. All other appointments only appear as “busy” with the time. They also see the childcare plan, holidays, birthdays and the meal plan. They can't change anything.
- Guest sees the same and can also help with the lists, for example the shopping list. Access ends by itself after 14 days.
- Grandparents and guests never see tasks, notes, photos, health or money.
- Grandparents who should only appear in the childcare plan: switch off Show in the calendar on their page.
- Grandparents and guests are part of Hüsli Pro. During the beta everything is free.
